I'd encourage you to also listen to their Future Weather EP and first LP, Wagonwheel Blues.

I first heard these guys in Seattle last year, mainly playing tracks off Future Weather. I was impressed with how catchy they were, especially due to -- or despite -- the amount of energy and sheer noise (almost deafeningly load near the stage) coming from Adam Granduciel and his guitar, and went home and immediately downloaded the EP. One of the things I liked so much about Slave Ambient was how (Baby Missiles aside) it transforms and plays against existing songs/sounds from Future Weather.

Thanks for the recommendation - I'm definitely planning to check out their earlier material.
